TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PCG’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PCG FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
