Data Retention and Deletion for Piazza360 App
The Piazza360 app, operated by Piazza Consulting Group LLC, uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 authentication (Gmail OAuth) to allow users to sign in with their Google account. When you sign in to Piazza360, we temporarily process limited Google user data, such as your email address or name, as provided by Google’s OAuth service, solely to authenticate your identity and enable access to the app.
No Data Retention: Piazza360 does not store, retain, or process any Google user data after the authentication process is complete. Once your session ends (e.g., upon logout or session timeout), no personal data is retained in our systems or databases.
No Data Deletion Required: As we do not store any Google user data, there is no personal data to delete. If you wish to revoke Piazza360’s access to your Google account, you can do so at any time through Google’s Account Settings
(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), which immediately terminates our ability to process your data.
Third-Party Data Handling: We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties, as no data is stored or processed beyond the temporary authentication process managed by Google’s OAuth service.
For questions about our data practices or to contact us regarding the Piazza360 app, please reach out to:
